The only thing I was disappointed with is one of the wheels broke in two when I placed the chair on the ground

chair arrived and coaster wheel broke

The wheel broke, it's not comfortable and it's pretty much what I should have expected when I bought it because it was such a cheap alternative to the more expensive ones

Assembling the chair wasn't a major hassle, but there were a few times when the instructions could have been clearer about certain parts (like which handle is R/L, it's not obvious looking at the handles themselves)

I only give 4 stars because the material did rip in a couple places as we were putting it together

Easy to assemble and comfy as @#$#

9 months later , the fake leather is cracking , the shock piston wont stay all the way up on its own , and now one of the wheels warped the plastic insert on the chair legs and broke as i sat down

All works as it should: smooth gliding, height adjustable, tilting back or locked it place.

Comfy as all get out and was fairly easy to put together.
