Does a good job

Using my smartphone as the overhead camera, this is doing a good job

Does a good job of holding a mic for light use, dont expect it to hold up for a concert or something though

The grips don't do a great job of holding in place either; you have to ratchet them down pretty hard, in order to avoid accidental movement
