Great Mic stand for the price.

I had to get everything at just the right angle and tighten the knobs HARD for it to support the mic, and it still fell down in the middle of a performance

This is a nice folding, and solid basic mic stand.

But for what it is and it’s cost, this is a great mic stand!

These are not particularly robust mic stands, but the do work for simple events

It trips easily and damaged my expensive mic.

I needed a tripod stand for my blue yeti microphone, and most of the yeti brand stands are table top stands (because the yeti is a table top mic)But if you're like me and you say screw it, I have a decent understanding of how sound works, this mic stand fits the blue yeti microphone out of the box without any attachments or adapters

This is a great mic stand to grab if you're on a budget, and it would certainly help to have a few of these in the studio as extras/backups

Do be careful as the stand can sometimes fall over if you have the mic set up to hang further away from the stand

My only wish would be for a hook or loop at the rear end of the boom, from which one could hang a counterweight, since, as mentioned in the write-up, a heavy mic on an extended boom makes this stand very unstable.
