    • At the beginning, I have some difficulties in configuring the system and have called the customer support for assistance.
    • The customer support staff are very helpful and most of the time they are able to resolve my issues.
    • I did need a little help from customer support configuring my system for viewing over the internet
    • Customer support answered right away, and quickly resolved my problem in one short phone call
    • Highly recommend customer support from Amcrest.

    • They spoke of phone apps crashing, setting up router requiring multiple calls to customer support, DVRs crashing/rebooting all the time, fiddling with camera brightness/color settings to get acceptable pictures, components not working, etc.

    • Did not now how to do it, so contacted customer support spoke to Dominick Parker and he was able to log in and download the video for me
    • There is some complexity in using the hardware and software (you can access the system from a computer app, browser, or smartphone app), so good customer support is crucial
