    • After 3 weeks I was finally able to get a good tech support person which after trouble shooting DVR found out it was a bad system and they need to replace DVR AND Camera
    • There were some hiccups setting up the recording functionality (figuring out the triggers) and I contacted tech support.
    • Tech Support: I did have a few minor technical issues and questions where i had to contact Amcrest Support
    • Gary Hyler, TECH SUPPORT, WAS HELPFUL IN SETTING UP MOTION DETECTION ONMY COMPUTER
    • Tech support is located in different country they are very hard to understand
    • 8 months of weekly tech support calls
    • Tech Support: I did have a few minor technical issues and questions where i had to contact Amcrest Support
    • Has taken 3 weeks for tech support to look into issue to try and resolve
    • I'd give it 5 stars if tech support had been better.
    • I did have to call Amcrest’s tech support line and spoke to Dennis Roth who was very patient with my questions about how to set up the network to the internet.
    • Arthur was the third tech support
