Anker 3-Port USB 3.0 Portable Data Hub with 1 Gbps Ethernet Port Network Adapter for MacBook, Mac Pro/Mini, iMac, XPS, Surface Pro, Notebooks, Desktop PCs, USB Flash Drives, Mobile HDD, and More

    • My only reservation about this product is connecting a USB receiver for a keyboard/mouse to it; the mouse and keyboard seems unresponsive
    • The mouse was SUPER wobbly and lagged horribly when I dragged it around the screen
    • I used it with a Logitech unifying receiver and MS Arc mouse, both mice were laggy and jumped around and also simply didn't respond often
    • What ended up happening is that the mouse was jumpy, and the keyboard missed keystrokes, due to the network taking up bandwidth I assume.
    • The mouse worked fine when i used the USB port on the computer
    • The first time I tried using it, it my mouse lagged super hard
    • hub caused my wireless mouse to effectively stop working
    • Sometimes the mouse gets jumpy.
    • I thought it was due to a bad battery or mouse, but testing shows that it's likely the interference from the hub causing the bluetooth dongle's poor performance
    • my mouse and keyboard won't work right.
    • The only downside now is when I plug in a wireless mouse/keyboard that the keyboard lags
    • I obtained the latest drivers from the Anker website, but the wireless mouse/keyboard latency issue persisted
    • not only that, but if my wireless mouse receiver is plugged into this hub while im downloading something or playing online, the mouse jumps and glitches consistently, not to mention vastly lower quality audio from my external audio interface
    • It worked fine at first, but then after some time, my mouse and/or keyboard would become intermittently unresponsive.
    • My wireless mouse would not work with the Anker
    • The network connection works and my wireless mouse
    • The fan that I have connected to my hub might turn on, but the mouse won't be responsive
    • Contacted M/S tech and using remote connection M/S discovered a software issue.
