-
Impressive speed with the ethernet connection through USB 3.0 port.
-
Even though this is rated 1Gbps thru ethernet i struggle to see consistent speed
-
The build quality is strong and the Ethernet port supports high speeds.
-
Now USB 3.0 only supports a 640 Mbps speed
-
one charging port.way better than wifi transfer speeds if you have a drive connected to your router or a nas.
-
Works as described - good ethernet speeds for a laptop that did not have a dedicated port
-
You will get very slow speeds, unless that has been fixed since this review.
-
While connected this way, I get really fast internet speeds and I still have 3 USB ports that I can use on this hub.
-
High quality product like every of the Anker brand, awesome speeds of transference and for the GB ethernet point.
-
Works immediately in my Windows 10 Laptop just as I expected, with good Ethernet functionality and USB speed
-
Stable connectivity, and high speed
-
cool speed, great spacing between ports
-
I bought this lovely Anker product and I tired connecting 2 USB flash drives both are 3.0 USB and copying a 4 GB file from one to another and the speed was perfect
-
3.55If your benchmark shows its speed of DL/UL is extremely slow like 100Mbps, you have to find USB-3 port.
-
My final test, was to see how the adapter would handle me performing a linear read on a USB 3 flash drive with a top speed of 200MB/s, while simultaneously saturating the download throughput on the Ethernet controller.
-
but it easily trumped the speeds I was getting over wireless so consider me happy
-
It works as you expected and has great speed and design
-
I still like the speed of wired connections and was checking out the available devices on Amazon when I came across this product
-
The Ethernet adapter used within the USB hub has a model number of: RTL8153I have used This USB hub + gigabit Ethernet adapter for a few months now, and so far, the speeds have been great, and the reliability is decent
-
I would highly recommend this product to anyone wanting faster internet speeds and I would buy this product again.
-
The keyboard and mouse lags very badly, and the internet goes from top speed to 2mb
-
Had I been planning on using the ethernet port regularly this would've been a complete deal breaker (USB2 ports can only support "fast ethernet" speeds, not gigabit)
-
I get great speeds for transfers over USB 3.0, and the Ethernet connection is almost as fast as a built in network card
-
The speed is fast, both on USB and ethernet, and the price was fantastic.
-
My whole reason to get this was to get smooth, consistent speeds over a ethernet connection

Contacted M/S tech and using remote connection M/S discovered a software issue.
