Even though it seems like Anker is the only brand I trust besides the original brands to pair with my expensive tech, they have never let me down.

I still love anker overall as a company but this product I can’t honestly recommend

While of course it would have been great not to have had an issue in the first place, I can't think of many, if any, companies that rival Anker when it comes to follow-up support & troubleshooting

The original hub was returned & replaced, and Anker were exceptionally attentive at each step of the way

The only other port I would have liked to see is an Ethernet; Anker actually sells a version of this product with an Ethernet port, but it doesn't have the USB-C PD (which would be a deal-breaker for me)

I have tried it on both a monitor as well as a 4k
