all ports work including the ability to charge the laptop with the passthrough port.

So far quality is good, and all ports work

The pass-through power to my laptop is only 49 W (not 60 W as it would appear from reading the product description) because 11 W must be siphoned off to bus power the connected devices - again a limitation of the technology.
