My screen activated during the process where I was looking to see if any last remaining specks of dust were on the screen and it blocked my ability to see a few specs and I missed a big one that ruined my first install

I am giving them two stars because this is the first Anker product that's disappointed me

With the coatings that cheaper models are offering , I’m so suppressed Anker didn’t add this protection as well.**Update January 27**So about a month of use and everything was working fine, and all the sudden I remove phone from front pocket where I always keep my phone and the screen has lost its adhesion right beside power button

If I could ding Anker on anything is that I couldn’t get this on Amazon

Originally after getting my iPhone X, I went ahead and bought a plastic screen protector from the Apple store, but walked away feeling let down because the quality of the protector made the phone screen darker and added an overall dull feeling to it

The limit of two loses a star and the packaging loses a star.

Ordered the screen protector for my I-Phone X 2 Pack ,Both of then are having noticeable bubble issues.

About my problem with bubbles issues i was provide with new instruction and a replacement product

I gave this product a 4 star instead of the original 3 star(Could just be a bad batch that i received)

Love the concept of having the pre alignment tool with the screen protector, but like many have others have stated, it seems the initial batch of screen protectors sold are defective

just noticed the scratches one day and could actually feel one with a fingernail,

(I cleaned all the dust off the screen and even held my breath as I was applying it, but still managed to get a number of trapped pieces of dust under the glass...if you're OCD about your phone like I am those tiny specks of dust look like boulders at first, but after a while your eye starts to block them out like white noise).A few days in, I noticed a big huge crack across my phone screen

These are super cheap but 15 days out of each protector is insane........ don't waste your money

A day later already have a new crack on the glass, that is not very strong, especially with no drops

The protector itself does show smudge and smear marks, like any phone would without a protector

From there, dense spiderweb shatter marks radiated out a few inches

The screen had a dense, indented impact mark about the size of the letter o in 12 pt font

Anker is still a good company with great customer service, but this product seems to miss the mark.
