I am editing my earlier one star review (due to a defective plug opening) to reflect Anker's prompt and excellent customer service

Mine worked wonderfully for a full year before it died out, but Anker's 18 month warranty and the great customer service I got from Tyler got me a brand new one to replace it!

This is by far the best customer service that I've ever dealt with and even though it was over the course of a month of emailing back and forth and trying to troubleshoot the battery bank, making sure that it wasn't the cable or the phone

What did not work yet is USB-C to USB-C charging

The battery life is amazing the charge speed is excellent the charge indicator is easy to read the weight and size is more reasonable than I expected the only downside is there's only one USB C

USB c can rapid charge nexus 6p.

Others have suggested that using an iPad 12w charger along with the included "cheater" type-c to type-a cable will work; perhaps, though it will probably try to draw slightly more

Another great part of this product is the available USB-C which charges the battery more quickly and is very practical for everyday use

Although requiring the type-c charging cable (luckily included) to charge the battery may seem inconvenient for those that have not moved most of their mobile devices to a type-c compatible model, it is definitely worth the investment for future conveniences.
