I bought this to replace two portable batteries I lost, one of which, I believe was an Anker

This thing charges my new iPhone SE super quick even when iOS 11 drains your battery

This cheaper Anker battery with the same capacity will charge iPhones/iPads at the same rate, or this newer Anker battery with USB Power Delivery will get you the fastest 18W charge possible

The PowerCore's case has a very subtle pebbly texture, but that seems to make it worse than my older Anker portable batteries that have shiny cases, not better.

I was on the fence as I had 2 straight batteries having issues, now I can charge from 40% to like 80% at a drop of a hat, I trust PowerIQ2.0 more than I trust QC 2.0 these days, the original PowerIQ wasnt good in my honest opinion but it's now a game of which technology one ups each other and right now PowerIQ

It has amazing battery life, and is able to fully charge my LG Stylo 2 four to six times on a simgle charge

The battery and button feel solid and seems like it can take the abuse I generally throw at these things.

I have other Anker portable battery packs and they do NOT do this.

Okay, at this point you may be thinking "you liked Anker external batteries enough to buy a second (actually at least third) one despite having one fail, and this one's a bit slippery, but that doesn't justify taking two stars off the rating." That would be true, except this is (was) so slippery that it caused me to lose it:

I have managed to charge my Pixel 4 times off this and still haven't drained the battery completely

The Anker Powercore II is much smaller then other Powercore's I have had while packing a nice battery

This auxiliary battery has, so far, performed exactly as described by Anker, fits fine in my work bag and is a very nice answer to the non-user replaceable batteries that phones seem to have now a days

Large batteries are still not available for this new camera, so the Anker works really well for doing long video shoots

This is an incredible battery, it holds a lot of charge and it keep it for very long time, besides the customer service is really outstanding

I got this for travel, since my Apple iPhone battery sinks like a stone over the day

The battery is great, it will recharge my S8 and S8+ several times and still has power left over

On a usual day of my commute that tends to drain my battery pretty fast

I drain the batteries at a 1A draw (which I understand gives a higher capacity than the 2A draw)

My samsung galaxy S6 reports "fast charging" though I don't know if it's as fast as with the samsung wall charger.
