A great upgrade from my old Anker portable charger, the use of IQ ports instead of Qualcomm quick charge ports really aids in the charging of devices that do not support Qualcomm
I have other Anker portable battery packs and they do NOT do this.

Granted there may be a compatibility issue in trying to use the anker portable charging bank with a laptop but it should at least charge a phone
Although this is a fast and powerful charger as it charges my phone using fast charge port in 2 hours but it seems that it loses its charges faster than old Anker
The fast charge port charged in about an hour, the other port charged a little slower but got the job done
Durable, capable of charging multiple devices at once, and, a whole lotta charge at that....
It also charges quickly enough with a fast charging adapter

I was on the fence as I had 2 straight batteries having issues, now I can charge from 40% to like 80% at a drop of a hat, I trust PowerIQ2.0 more than I trust QC 2.0 these days, the original PowerIQ wasnt good in my honest opinion but it's now a game of which technology one ups each other and right now PowerIQ

While not the slimmest or lightest thing you can buy the sheer power capacity and usability is excellent
Otherwise it can take quite a bit of time to get this thing fully charged and ready to go
This thing is awesome it charges my phone almost 6 times
But it lasts DAYS charging multiple things throughout the day no problem at all
The only thing that I dislike is that the battery drains quickly if the charge cord is still attached to the power bank after unplugging phone or other device

One cable was defective, and one battery pack died much sooner than expected
Now, the cable isn’t the issue, the issue is the lack of a power brick

I bought an Anker powerbank years ago, back when it used a proprietary charging input cable and charged my phone at a snail's pace (I lost that proprietary cable within the first year, but that powerbank charged so slowly that stopped using it anyway)
if using fast charge cable).My only petty complaint is that it's a bit bigger than what I was previously used to, but it's really not a problem at all: just don't stick it in your pocket expecting it to fit comfortably
