I did have an issue with the screen on the ear piece falling in
-
Had an connectivity issue with my first set and Anker contacted me to correct the issue.
-
Too little and there is too much outside noise, too big and you run into a weird pressure issue in your ear.
-
The only issue I have is the magnet isn't very strong so the earbuds fall off my neck a lot.
-
Seller reached out to me to reconcile the issue, very courteous, very responsive, provided a replacement promptly
-
That other 2%, yeah connection issues, static, and recycling
-
Only issue I have is they randomly lose connection which is annoying.
-
The second set is working perfect, no issues connecting, no static or signal trouble.
-
It creates this weird pressure issue and is just uncomfortable.
-
Nope same issue, so then got frustrated and broke em apart....
-
I'm saving the last two stars for great sound quality and secure positioning in the ear, but those other two issues really make it tough to enjoy everything else

-
Only issue for me is that seal over power adapter doesn't work after 3 charges
-
Build is excellent, no issues with this thing falling apart
-
But this is not a big enough issue to warrant a reduction of stars
-
Only lasted 6 monthsEdit: I always liked these headphones but was bummed when they quit on me in 6 months; however, I'm so impressed with Ankers customer service and willingness to rectify an issue that I have switched from 2 to 5 stars
-
Wow...I’m impressed
-
decent but not as loud as I like it.
-
I have used jaybird’s for the longest time and I have enjoyed them until they finally die on me
-
WITHOUT an equalizer to compensate for the tinny and flat sound characteristic of many low end earbuds, the S's are shrill, the SH's distort, and the T's are piercing
