They have excellent customer service and I would buy this
WITHOUT an equalizer to compensate for the tinny and flat sound characteristic of many low end earbuds, the S's are shrill, the SH's distort, and the T's are piercing

These are a great value... quite good sound quality, reliable, decently long battery life.
Initially I had a pair with horrible battery life that would die after 90 minutes, within a day or so that I posted my review staying my issues ankers customer service dept
To add to it - They have a lengthy battery life as well as strong bass!
The pair of headphones I first recieved had terrible batter life
They work great, fit well, and have a good battery life

My main issue is the when I am on a call and there is ambient noise, the caller cannot hear me, only all the other people who are talking in the background.
The o stall sound quality is better than the first pair, as well
I have used jaybird’s for the longest time and I have enjoyed them until they finally die on me
They do not block too much of the ambient noise which is good for running outside

Some people might not like the shape if the earphone - feels like it can fall out of your ear
Sadly, I have weird shaped ears so they don't stick in too well
I have had these headphones for about 6 months now and they are still just as good as when I first got them

Wipe the USB charging port dry with a cotton cloth.3
