Anker has great range of products, I just feel that I got a bad unit in a huge lot of headphones :(

Based on the almost universally great reviews for the product, I assume that I got a defective unit, and this isn't something that is common, but of course it is nevertheless supremely frustrating and I am returning the headphones

To my delight, Anker email support quickly agreed that the unit was defective and sent a replacement.

The actual unit still works

My original unit failed to charge after 14 months of continuous constant use

Great unit only complaint is the weight on one side make it pull that way.

I don't know if the issue that I had was specific to the product or a faulty unit.
