I use this headphones mainly in gym doing mainly weight lifting I workout for about an hour, what i dont like about them that they are not comfortable after 30 minute use the start to bug in ear, also wire is very annoying and the placement of button keep banging my face

They tend to twist and flop around weakening the connection right before it goes into the ear bud

Connection would also sometimes be shoddy, and one of the magnets fell out after about 6 months

The other issue is that as the battery gets low, you can lose the signal if you turn your body the wrong way away from the iPhone, but that doesn't happen a lot.

Sound Quality: Very good over a variety of media, and blocks background noise really well

Second, while they work perfectly well on stationary equipment in the gym, like the treadmill or elliptical machine, they break connectivity as soon as I move from one machine to another.

The audio differences are greatest with podcast interviews, where I found myself preferring wired headphones over these wireless headphones

In August 2018, the same faulty happened again with my new Tecton BHS-730, the right speaker was not working due to loose wire

and I was super careful with them never crushing the wires or getting water near them.

Contacted the company who told me to do a hard reset which may solve the problem.

I heard back from a customer support rep within a few hours after trying a their suggestion of a hard reset (didn't work), they offered me the choice of my money back or a free replacement pair.

After cursory technical support to rectify the issue with a hard reset, warranty services sent me a new one.
