The price was really good and it works perfectly with good sound quality and the earbuds fit much better than the headphone that I had.

I would recommend this as the price to sound quality isn't too bad

I was also pleased that even at the very cheap price point they came with a nice zip up case.

I'm guessing that the price is so cheap that people just toss them in the garbage and forget about it.

Update: After using this set of headphones 3 times a week for about an hour each, the headset died

Overall they are a decent headset and they work for the gym which is what I bought them for.

Bass is a little exaggerated, but (if I'm perfectly honest) it actually motivates me to work out a little harder

The quality of the earphones are made with a cheap, fragile plastic

The silicone tips that came with the headphones and the Comply Isolation tips (medium) that came with it as well didn't stop my ear from hurting.

The sound quality is outstanding and these ear buds actually stay in place when you are running, exercising, or walking.

I like the product, its very comfortable for long periods of time, the only complaint is when using it to talk on the phone

Easy to use, no cords to deal with because they are Bluetooth

Also like that the band is slightly rigid and sits on the back of my neck, verses having a cord that sticks to the skin.

Only recommendation is a thinner cord on the back, but it’s really not a big deal.

The volume controls worked sporadically and when I contacted the manufacturer they started our by telling me to let them dry out and retry them and if that didn't work then do a hard reset.

Fortunately the hard reset they suggested took care of the problem immediately.

Turned them on last week and the sound quality was low and muddy even at max volume- double checked all phone audio settings- after an email to Phaiser customer service, was instructed to do a "hard reset" by holding all the buttons....did not help

I don't care for the hard wire, it's not as comfortable as the the pliable wires on my previous earbuds.

The wire that wraps around is very stiff, causing the ear pieces to fall out

The Phaiser is a little bulky because the wire is sturdy, and discomfort starts at hour 3 when using them continuously.

Don't have all the loose wires hanging down -- and it sounds great!

I hear a loud interference noise and have to restart them

It does not block out all outside noise, also great for my purposes because I can hear traffic, etc.

Trust me the noise is pretty bad especially it will hurt your ears when you are wearing them.

I found this to be very clear and very little background noise

The left earphone would produce a loud static noise if it was nudged in the wrong direction.

I have received follow up emails with tips on the product and more than one assurance that the supplier wants to correct any issues I may have with the product.
