After daily use my right ear bud suddenly stopped working

These headphones are good quality but I found out quickly that they are like many other pairs of headphones and fall out my ear

I said before it has pretty good battery life, the problem is that it doesn't warm you that your battery is low until its so low that it's about to die

My old Bose ear buds are much more comfortable to wear and the sound quality is far better than the TOZO.

Sound quality is good, it's not going to rival bose, sennheiser, AKG, or any higher quality audiophile type of gear

For comparison, I had previously bought a $20 pair of bluetooth earbud (also on Amazon) and when those fell apart after just 2-3 months I thought to myself lesson learnt, cheap is cheap, and so I bought the $200 Bose noise-cancelling bluetooth earbuds
