Other than that these earbuds are awesome, the sound quality is great, noise cancellation is great as well

I use earbuds constantly as I work, and these barely lasted me a week

The other issues I imagine come from the fact that these are cheap earbuds

Having had the product for a solid year and a half now, I can confidently say, these earbuds were not worth getting

They have 4 full charges in the case itself, the earbuds SOUND great with plenty of bass (find the right fitted ends for the earbuds)
