The lights are fun and I'll use them until they die, but they just aren't meant for long periods of usage

while you are charging them it makes the "red light" a faint purple so its hard to tell when the light goes off when they are done charging but, that isn't a problem if you are not using the headphones while they

It is not good customer service, they will continue to bother you even after you say you don't want the product and to stop contacting you
