Nice product with no sound quality compromise.

This is a great product for the “simple” Bluetooth user

The sound is great and the connection is stable

The bluetooth device is sensitive and sometimes cuts out if you have your smartphone (for example) in your pocket while walking

The features are nice and work well (volume control, pause, activating voice call) but there a couple of issues that are frustrating:1

Bottom line is that it works best for certain situations like sitting at your desk at work but not ideal in other situations

It is seated in there pretty good and you have to make an effort to remove it, however, I was afraid that this adapter could fall out and get lost if I have them around my neck and not paying attention.
