These headphones are comfortable, sound great, have good battery life and are easy to use.

Overall they are a decent headset and they work for the gym which is what I bought them for.

I figured I would try for a cheaper headset with the rationale that if it failed, I could easily buy another replacement

I previously had been using a more expensive headset, a Jabra Sport Pace, but after a few months, the battery would only last around 2 hours and eventually would lose the ability to charge altogether

They are loud, enough bass, there is little noise when you compare it with Jaybird/Beats/Bose, but its acceptable as soon as you see what you have paid

I just bought two more pairs because my last ones broke (they still play music with great quality, but the plastic in the center is broken and the plastic around where the flexible plastic meets the hard plastic on both ends is broken)

Ear buds stayed in my ears very well, though I wasn't doing much more than walking

They send you little altering headbud sizes which is amazing for me because normally "in ear" buds hurt my ears

Not so comfortable, terrible sound quality with ear splittinf highs that hurt my ears when i try to play

they were hard to put on, they hurt my right ear, and the sound was just okay

Fitment was also bulky hurt my ears after having them on an hour

They're every bit as comfortable as the Motorola's and the frequency response is just as good (if not a bit better at the low end).

Decided to change brands and so far I can tell the cord is a bit more flexible, there is a sound improvement, the outside finish is glossy instead of matte, when you turn them on, the female auto voice tells you the battery level (I found this feature pretty cool for prior brand a few times powered off in the middle of long rides for I forgot to charge them not realizing they had almost none battery left), and they already offered me a 6 month full warranty

They feel a bit stiffer than my old headphones, but they have never fallen off like my old ones sometimes did

The headband seems to be a bit loose and weak and can definitely inspire more confidence when running if it was tighter putting more pressure on either side of ears.

Turned them on last week and the sound quality was low and muddy even at max volume- double checked all phone audio settings- after an email to Phaiser customer service, was instructed to do a "hard reset" by holding all the buttons....did not help

Fortunately the hard reset they suggested took care of the problem immediately.

The volume controls worked sporadically and when I contacted the manufacturer they started our by telling me to let them dry out and retry them and if that didn't work then do a hard reset.

The wire that wraps around is very stiff, causing the ear pieces to fall out

I hear a loud interference noise and have to restart them

They also have good sound and volume but they still let in enough outside noise for them to be safe for running outside around traffic; I can still keep my wits about me.

The left earphone would produce a loud static noise if it was nudged in the wrong direction.

However, after a couple months I had a couple times where a loud screeching noise would come through and the headphones would disconnect

Even took a flight and they are very quiet and comfortable with great noise reduction

I don't have problems with static, or pairing issues like I've dealt with in the past

Another issue I had when it was charged, I did not like the sound quality

my only issue with it is one side quit working in about a month

I have received follow up emails with tips on the product and more than one assurance that the supplier wants to correct any issues I may have with the product.
