You cannot beat the quality, comfort, supplies they send, and the price (and I don't have sleepless nights, if I lose a pair).

Over all for the price this product is great and the ear buds are easy to use.

Like some of the other folks on here mine also stopped working on one side after less than 2 months so I could not recommend this product either.

This product is okay if you are looking for some inexpensive earbuds to use casually, but I wouldn’t recommend for working out.

This is the second set, (for my wife) it just a great product.

but it’s annoying that I got a defective product and then have to waste my own time to make it right.

There are a lot of much more expensive ear buds with lower ratings

But the all of the sudden the right ear bud stopped working.

The sound is already not very loud on these but now with the right ear bud going out its even worse

I have very small ear canals and the length of the ear stem irritates my ears.

I have to wiggle the wire to hear sound in the right ear bud

I had these earbuds for a couple months and they worked great

The sound quality is great and the earbuds fit snugly in my ears, perfect for exercising!

I'm past the return date, so my only option is to go back to buying the more expensive earbuds for now - oh well.

Therefore those earbuds do not work for any fitness endeavor

I fixed the "sound output channel issue" with the smaller tips, they're still a bit uncomfortable but I would say the weight is a much bigger issue than the diameter of the earpiece.4

I've tried using different ear pieces and using the cable management to try and displace the weight, but nothing seems to work.

I’ve actually had this happen with other headphones with an in-line controller and I think the cord gets dislodged or damaged from the intense movement and the weight of the controller pulling on the headphone

The headphones are easy to use (not much to em lol), they pair easily, and I don’t have any connectivity issues

Slight gripe about skipping while I'm walking with my phone in my pocket, but it's probably my phone having connectivity issues

I purchased these and used them several times for intense workouts and have not had a single issue.

The little control module on the connecting cord is like a little sweat-sponge that ruins your workout right when it’s getting good.

They stay in very well, even while doing hard workouts and include clips that make them hold even better to your shirt collar.

Great sound, stays in your ear during hard workouts, and comfortable.

Sound quality is great and couldn't be happier with their performance during my sweaty workouts

I don't know if my unit is defective or not but tried listening to music with 2 different devices and they both were breaking up

So we did in fact receive a bad unit the first time around.

The Phaiser BHS-750 has good reviews but as a runner having owned multiple BT headsets, this unit (and I have had three) ultimately fails in two- three months due to a broken or intermittent connection where the wire meets the earbud.

If I'm in a quiet environment with no background noise, they are fine.

I use them for working out running or lifting as well as for VoIP communication for business

People I speak to consistently complain they hear too much background noise while I talk

The sound is awesome, even when taking calls, you can be heard almost as well as without the headphones

Unfortunately they stopped working as of today (about one month after unboxing)

I used to wear the earbuds that had the stiffer U-shaped thing around the neck, and these are a lot more convenient.

Then connection issues started and music comes in and out while running

If you are a lighter user and have good luck with headphones then I highly recommend.

Even if you do have bad luck the costumer surrport is amazing and they will work out the problem

I've had the worst luck with sound quality, comfortable fit in ear, and 2 of the 4 other brands ended up with loose connection within a week + was only getting sound out of one ear piece.. very frustrating

If you guys don’t have as bad luck as I do then I fully recommend this product

Maybe it's just bad luck on my end, but I might try a different brand this next time around.

I had some previous blue tooth devices and my number one complaint was the fact that they would cause wind noise.

Wind noise starts to become an issue when we're up above 45-50 km/h, but far better than my previous ones when I just had to miss the section of podcast I was listening to during any descent

These not only cut out 99% of the wind noise of other devices

I use these to block out wind noise and listen to music or podcasts
