Great ear buds

Was nice for 3-4 months until the right ear bud went out.. out of return window.

They take a little bit of time to fit (disclosure, earbuds have NEVER been comfortable and I never could wear the Apple ones - my ears are too small), but with all the options, these fit great.

But i truly fell in love, they have great sound quality and doesn’t EVER fall out my ears.. also i got a bunch of replacements for every little piece on the headphones, i 100% love these headphones

I've had the worst luck with sound quality, comfortable fit in ear, and 2 of the 4 other brands ended up with loose connection within a week + was only getting sound out of one ear piece.. very frustrating

However, as of last night (April 2nd, 2018), less than 3 months after purchase, the right ear is now suddenly and completely dead

I have small ear canals and ear buds/plugs hurt my ears after wearing them for a short period of time or they just don't stay in at all

Love these ear phones

I have very small ear canals and the length of the ear stem irritates my ears.

It worked good for 3 months then I lost the sound on right ear phone , after 5th month I lost both the earphones sound

Now however only one ear bug works, very disappointing.

Stopped working, static right ear, on August 29,2018

Now when my phone is in my pocket I can not hear the audio, and the right ear bud has finally gone out

Sound stopped in the right ear, and then the wire fell out where it connects to the volume/mic.

I needed them to stay in my ears well while being comfortable, keep a good seal, provide great sound for my music and not have the cord get tangled up easily.

Also, right right ear bud abruptly stopped working after 10 months of intermittent use.

They have great sound quality but they didn't last more than a few months, the right ear won't even play music anymore.

Also wanted them to have some semblance of noise cancellation, have a volume control on them, and not be over-ear clips (which I like, but are kind of annoying with any kind of glasses)

The sound is already not very loud on these but now with the right ear bud going out its even worse

Charged them with a phone charger (1.2 A), found the right ear pieces (that took a while), paired them to my phone (android), turned on some tunes, made some test calls...everything went perfectly

Amended: While the sound abruptly stopped transmitting from right ear bud 4 months after purchasing, customer service representatives immediately got in touch with me and after a brief attempt to troubleshoot, send me a replacement for free

Now the right ear piece does not work

About a couple of weeks ago the left ear just stopped working for some reason

My ear starts to ache a little after a while

WOW!!!!These well-designed ear buds are far superior than the small price suggests.

After listening to a long tome it starts hurting my ears

I have to wiggle the wire to hear sound in the right ear bud

Sounds great, easy to pair, battery last nice and long, fit in ears and stays in ears well

They're just in there and ready to keep my ears happy

Headphones are bulky and shortly after the return window closed the right ear stopped playing sound.

Just find the right ear padding that keeps them in your ear.

Within that time of normally taking them on and off, and being careful, the wire to the right ear bud is twisted and audio no longer plays.

There are multiple attachments but none are perfect for i guess my weird ear shape.

After-purchase offer of free warranty extension and extra ear tips was a nice bonus.

But, they are hurting my ears... just after wearing them for like 10 minutes.....

The moldable ear plugs work very well and the rubber hooks keep the earbuds in your ear while running

But the all of the sudden the right ear bud stopped working.

Unfortunately, after four months of light use, and just outside of the product support window, the right ear bud started aggressively buzzing, and the sound cuts in and out

Customer service is excellent: they were attentive from beginning to end, they even sent me extra free ear tips (very useful)

If you want to use these under any kind of ear / head protection forget about it

I must have weird ears, because no matter what configuration of tips and wings I used, they would not stay in my ears

I bought this for my husband because he lost his pair and had said this was his favorite Bluetooth ear

After 3 to 4 months, each pair lost sound to the right ear bud

Sometimes the right ear doesn't work and I have to shake it

After 6 months battery life has gone from ~8 active hours to about less than 3 hours, and only 1 working ear piece.

Comfortable ear buds with minimal need to adjust while wearing

However we are giving this product 4 stars because the right ear bud went out and no longer works

After having the second pair about two and a half months, there was a short in the wire that caused sound to go in and out in the right ear bud only

My ears felt plugged, like descending in an aircraft, and I was unable to clear the feeling

-Headphones would consistently turn off when I reached ~30% battery remaining-Just recently the volume in the right ear bud died

There also comfortable, I can wear them for hours without my ears getting sore

The sound is pretty crisp, just not very loud, so I can see why they say it won't hurt your ears after hours of listening to your favorite tracks

I've only tried the smallest silicone tips so far, but I can't find an angle at which they'll stay put while I work out (eg jump rope), and after wearing them for like an hour or two it starts to hurt my ear canal-I'm not sure what the rubber ear hooks things are supposed to accomplish, but it seems like they're about as useful as a nipple on a breastplate-Additionally, the weight imbalance of having the controls on just one side makes it even more likely to tumble out of the right ear

Now, all of a sudden the music started going in and out in the right ear bud

The Bluetooth still connected and the right ear bud continued to work

Take your time to find the right ear inserts and wings which were supplied; it ensures the best fit and sound.

I am partially deaf in my left ear and have had trouble with previously purchased products producing clear voice output.

I bought one for my wife and she managed to use it for less than two months, little more than dozen times and the right ear phone

iv bought two now because my first ones right bud died one day and now 3 months later the second one has a dying right ear bud too

right ear sound not working?

I really liked them when I first got them, but one ear stopped working about 2 months after purchase

I immediately switched to the provided Comply foam tips as find them to provide the best seal since my right ear has a slightly larger opening than my left.

First off these are the only Headphones I have owned that did not irritate my ears.

Ear buds work great and the sound is amazing.

The sound is awesome, even when taking calls, you can be heard almost as well as without the headphones

They always stayed connected (never lost Bluetooth connection or shut down) but they would skip and stutter as if I was moving out of range.

These were for my girlfriend to wear to work as she had co-workers with similar style earphones and wanted some but wanted the kind that didn't go around your entire ear
