I think the running (perspiration, running in light rain) may have killed the first unit, but this replacement unit is going to be put to the same test.

This is the 9th unit I bought for this same model, and it does not work as well.

TaoTronics sent me a replacement unit, free of charge, and they responded very quickly.

So far, they have shipped out replacements and are not requesting the failed unit back, so I don't have to worry about any return shipping costs

Three months later, when the second pair conked out, they immediately offered me a refund - again, no fuss, no questions, no hassle

However, the Taotronics customer service was responsible for their defective item and issue the refund.

They gave me a great refund and were VERY fast to respond

After writing this review the seller issued me a full refund and cotacted me

They have to charge every day and make an annoying loud beep when low on battery

These headphones make an annoying beep when the volume is changed and ever time the song is paused or fast forwarded

only complaints are that you can't see the battery level on Android (you just have to go by the incredibly shrill beeps that it gives when it is low

I also don't like that it make a loud beep every time I press a button on the panel, e.g. volume, pause, play
