They provide a two year warranty, which is excellent!I give these headphones 4 stars because they sound much better than average, are super comfortable and the company has great service, but the are not loud enough and the battery is limited to three hours.

Perhaps they didn't believe that their product could keep breaking so often

I have has MANY pairs of this type of headphone and NONE (even the one that cost over $500was even 10% as good as this product!!!I like it so much that I have bought several pairs and give them to friends

While the product wasn't the greatest (the control module is slightly less heavy than a brick, the cord is a little short, and the battery life isn't spectacular) the company's customer service is top notch

Nothing suffered in the upgrade as sometimes happens with a newer & improved product

Lasted a whole two months (of use in my office) until the right ear bud just stopped working.

One drop and the back of one of the ear peaces broke off and did not work after that

I'm happy with the sound but the control panel is a little heavy and kept pulling the right ear piece out which is why I purchased a pair of earbud clips that work great.

Also, I’ve had them for less than three months and the right ear just gave out and stopped putting out any sound.

I have uncooperative ears for in ear buds, makes it frustrating, I love to listen to music on runs and walks, and I hate wires to tangle or get in the way

Wasted money since return window is closed.
