You cannot beat the quality, comfort, supplies they send, and the price (and I don't have sleepless nights, if I lose a pair).

Nice sound quality and multiple buds and ear pieces make it easy to get the perfect fit.

If you can't fine-tune your fit with the stuff they send, you probably need over the ear headphones

Like some of the other folks on here mine also stopped working on one side after less than 2 months so I could not recommend this product either.

So a great product that dies in two months is not a great product.

From other reviews, it seems like this product has some quality issue

But the all of the sudden the right ear bud stopped working.

I have small ear canals and ear buds/plugs hurt my ears after wearing them for a short period of time or they just don't stay in at all

Now however only one ear bug works, very disappointing.

I have to wiggle the wire to hear sound in the right ear bud

After 3 to 4 months, each pair lost sound to the right ear bud

I'm past the return date, so my only option is to go back to buying the more expensive earbuds for now - oh well.

These buds have good sound and battery life as advertised.

I do use my headphones on full volume, so I know that will drain the battery slightly more, but when the headphones were brand new, they definitely lasted a lot longer on full volume

The mic on my Sennheiser CX 686G earbuds stopped working and went shopping for a cheaper and wireless option that didn't sacrifice quality

I've tried using different ear pieces and using the cable management to try and displace the weight, but nothing seems to work.

I’ve actually had this happen with other headphones with an in-line controller and I think the cord gets dislodged or damaged from the intense movement and the weight of the controller pulling on the headphone

I found that if I kept the cord behind my neck, as instructed, the weight of the control pad/battery would unevenly pull on one side, and that side would fall out, so I kept it in front

However, I've only had them a month or two at most and already they're having TONS of connectivity issues

The headphones are easy to use (not much to em lol), they pair easily, and I don’t have any connectivity issues

As far as the sound goes, I generally prefer neutral sound with more emphasis on the bass and the treble, a gentle V on the eq.

I purchased these and used them several times for intense workouts and have not had a single issue.

I owned a coveted pair of Power Beats wireless earbuds but they totally pooped out on me after 3 weeks of intense endurance indoor cycling workouts.

The little control module on the connecting cord is like a little sweat-sponge that ruins your workout right when it’s getting good.

I don't know if my unit is defective or not but tried listening to music with 2 different devices and they both were breaking up

The Phaiser BHS-750 has good reviews but as a runner having owned multiple BT headsets, this unit (and I have had three) ultimately fails in two- three months due to a broken or intermittent connection where the wire meets the earbud.

So we did in fact receive a bad unit the first time around.

Other side of the phone their biggest complaint is they can hear all background noise

Only a few days of use - but everything works as it should - product feels well made.

If I'm in a quiet environment with no background noise, they are fine.

People I speak to consistently complain they hear too much background noise while I talk

The person that is on the other end hears the background noise, and hears me very very low

n’t expect superb comfort in the first place

It feels like a connection issue but my phone is in my pocket the entire time so it definitely isn't the distance

Even if you do have bad luck the costumer surrport is amazing and they will work out the problem

If you are a lighter user and have good luck with headphones then I highly recommend.

I've had the worst luck with sound quality, comfortable fit in ear, and 2 of the 4 other brands ended up with loose connection within a week + was only getting sound out of one ear piece.. very frustrating

Wind noise starts to become an issue when we're up above 45-50 km/h, but far better than my previous ones when I just had to miss the section of podcast I was listening to during any descent

I use these to block out wind noise and listen to music or podcasts

I had some previous blue tooth devices and my number one complaint was the fact that they would cause wind noise.
