I brought this second unit in Aug 17 when my pervious unit failed after 1.5 years

The Phaiser BHS-750 has good reviews but as a runner having owned multiple BT headsets, this unit (and I have had three) ultimately fails in two- three months due to a broken or intermittent connection where the wire meets the earbud.

This new unit is incredible

I think one of the reasons more expensive units cost more is that engineering and manufacturing smaller ear pieces is expensive.

My latest unit broke down again

So we did in fact receive a bad unit the first time around.

I don't know if my unit is defective or not but tried listening to music with 2 different devices and they both were breaking up

I used to wear the earbuds that had the stiffer U-shaped thing around the neck, and these are a lot more convenient.
