I'm going to chalk that up to being in a hospital with poor service though

Tiny criticisms that aren’t important given the price- the rubber micro-usb plug

However, the price is cheap and you get what you pay for.

so I don't know how long they hold up but considering the price I wouldn't be angry if I had to buy a new pair in a year.

Good sound quality and a reasonable price and no more cable getting in the way while I'm working out.

UPDATE: I am updating my review to reflect that the company has great customer service.

Comes with so many different size ear pieces to ensure the perfect fit for everyone

I love the fit of these in my ears and the magnetic feature to hang them around my neck when I’m not using them.

I like that there are multiple ear pieces that allow me to get the most comfortable fit for my ears

Great fit, (LOTS of adjustment / ear pieces), great sound

These come with multiple size ear pieces so you can find the perfect fit for your ears

The sound and comfort is great, but after 2 pairs in 2 months, I can't recommend this product if you are using it for exercising

I bought these after I had complaints of too much background noise with the SENSO headphones.
