WITHOUT an equalizer to compensate for the tinny and flat sound characteristic of many low end earbuds, the S's are shrill, the SH's distort, and the T's are piercing

Anker was awesome and replaced the headphones with a new set
This is the second pair of Anker SoundBuds that has failed working for me.
Avoid these headphones and save yourself the troubleUPDATE: After heading about my poor experience Anker was generous enough to reach out and provide a replacement set
I'll admit that I typically don't do reviews on Amazon but did want to give Anker some credit concerning a warranty issue.
I recommend Anker for their products but also for their customer service!

I have had these headphones for about 6 months now and they are still just as good as when I first got them
I have used jaybird’s for the longest time and I have enjoyed them until they finally die on me
My main issue is the when I am on a call and there is ambient noise, the caller cannot hear me, only all the other people who are talking in the background.
They do not block too much of the ambient noise which is good for running outside
n’t feel right and were probably what people refer to as “tinny”

The wire is a bit flimsy, but has held up for the first month
It seems like the wiring that connects to the volume adjustment is faulty.
That being said, the wire that connects the earbuds is not intrusive, and the wire is flexible enough that it almost feels like it's not even there
Controls: The controls on the right headphone wire are easy to use: press plus for volume up, minus for volume down, press center for play/pause, hold plus for skip forward, hold minus for skip backwards, and hold middle for power on/offCons
I'd give these easily 4 stars..if it weren't for the loose wire connections straight out of the box.

Seller reached out to me to reconcile the issue, very courteous, very responsive, provided a replacement promptly
I did have an issue with the screen on the ear piece falling in
Only lasted 6 monthsEdit: I always liked these headphones but was bummed when they quit on me in 6 months; however, I'm so impressed with Ankers customer service and willingness to rectify an issue that I have switched from 2 to 5 stars
But this is not a big enough issue to warrant a reduction of stars
Nope same issue, so then got frustrated and broke em apart....

The battery lasts long enough that I haven't had them die on me as long as I start the day with then charged
The charging port has a silicone plug to prevent moisture from getting in it, but makes it difficult for inserting the charging cable and will only be a matter of time before it breaks off.
This is such a great thing for people that have different size ear holes then the standard S M or L, like me
n’t feel right and were probably what people refer to as “tinny”
No matter which one of the ear moldings I use these heavy pieces of junk fall out of my ears every 15 seconds
