Product lasted one day until I checked and the wire where it connects to the ear bud was loose and hours later they opened up completely and unable to use

Great product use them everyday, clear voice for calls decent for music and anker was great when I had an issue

I used this product for little over a month and they totally broke on me

Upon briefly recording myself I saw that with the added noise from being in a phone call, this product would be awful at what I bought it for

Brought this product for 6 to 8 month then battery failed

Great product, holds a good charge for 2 - 3 days of regular use.

For music is fine, but on an audiobook is easy to lose the thread of the plot if you miss a few seconds, much worse if this happens several times (had this happen 3 times in the span of 5 minutes today, for example).Other than that issue, I'd say this product is pretty good

The form factor and fit are fantastic and the magnetic feature is very convenient, so this is really a shame - I want to love this product but will be returning it.

a month after I left my bad product review, I was contacted out of the blue by Anker Client Care regarding my 2-star review & I told them what I'd described below- that the battery got so bad, so quickly, that the earbuds were worthless.
