Went to use this to grill some Rueben's, and while the grilling went pretty well (heat transfer is good, nonstick functioned well), however when I went to flip one of them, using the included 'mini turner

Works great, well made and heats evenly

It didn't hurt that I've been wanting a good griddle for years now, but have never found any that was either a large enough size, of a good quality, or heated evenly

I've made pancakes, bacon, and other griddle-friendly foods on it and have been impressed with the heat distribution and ease of cleanup

Perfect 2 burner fit, and excellent heat distribution.

All of them came out great, but it was clear that the heating was uneven over the surface of the griddle, being cooler in between the burners.

but overall, great product- evenly heats, easy to clean, and light to hold.

The surface heats up very evenly, there are no issues with cold or hit spots.

It doesn't seem to hold the heat quite so well and my former double griddles, but this is not a deal breaker.

I say "stupid" because we hate the stove - it seems to take forever to boil a cup of water!Anyway - we got this specifically because people commented it is a flat bottom (providing better heating with the glass top).

Don"t waist your time... on my 4th one and still warped (comes in the package that way)
