Where can I start this device is really good and comes in handy better than Q tips this cleaned out my ear saves money instead of going to a doctor plus it’s really useful for other stuff

Dont use longer than 10 mins or so, or it will: 1) irritate your ear and 2) possible cause at minimum mild discomfort to varying degrees and feels like burns to inner ear areas
