It is not so much that the cord comes out but that it seems like the connections on the inside are loose.

The connection on the back is very touchy, and if my laptop is on my lap and I shift, it sometimes causes the connection to break

Any movement, even the slightest, will interrupt the connection

I would give it 5 stars if the connection was more stable

The connection on the monitor is now loose and will no longer stay in.

Also, I’ve lost a connection Y wire that was in the box with it, and can’t find a replacement anywhere, even contacted the customer support

Then the connection started flickering.

It must have a faulty connection somewhere because even though it is solidly plugged in it constantly loses the connection and shuts the screen down, interrupting work.

Edit: I ended up returning this as the cord became so loose if I someone walked past it, the breeze they create would have made me lose the connection between the monitor and my computer

The first thing everyone should know about this monitor is that the USB-C connection on this is very limiting

After a month it started to flicker a bit, I thought it was just a loose connection

This is supposed to be portable but the connections are not reliable enough to be used as an "on the go" monitor.

What's worse is when the connection is only loose, so it keeps connecting and then disconnecting the display.

Other than the fact that the connection in the back of the monitor is hard to attach, I loved it.

Biggest complaint I have is the connection in the back of the monitor is really bad - if the monitor is moved or bumped it loses connection and you have to play with the cord to get it to come back on.

Comment added after some months: I have almost not used this screen, especially because there are problems with the USB connection - the screen often does not work (the cable connection between the computer and the screen does not work), and the screen has so bad quality that I prefer not to use it

This is my second Monitor model and while the connection is a little better than the previous one, it still is loose and requires you to move your cable around to get it to activate

USB C requires alt mode for it to support displays and without it you will not be able to get this monitor to work
