    • It is not so much that the cord comes out but that it seems like the connections on the inside are loose.
    • The connection on the back is very touchy, and if my laptop is on my lap and I shift, it sometimes causes the connection to break
    • Any movement, even the slightest, will interrupt the connection
    • I would give it 5 stars if the connection was more stable
    • The connection on the monitor is now loose and will no longer stay in.
    • Also, I’ve lost a connection Y wire that was in the box with it, and can’t find a replacement anywhere, even contacted the customer support
    • The connection on the back of the screen is very poor
    • Then the connection started flickering.
    • It must have a faulty connection somewhere because even though it is solidly plugged in it constantly loses the connection and shuts the screen down, interrupting work.
    • Edit: I ended up returning this as the cord became so loose if I someone walked past it, the breeze they create would have made me lose the connection between the monitor and my computer
    • The screen regularly loosing connections and going dark, after 4-5 seconds is back
    • The result is the monitor constantly flickering or losing connection all together
    • The connection on the back of my model is very weak, and even nudging the table causes it to shift just enough to ruin the connection (very frustrating)
    • you have to have it "just so" or the connection is broken.
    • This product worked fine for a few weeks, but has now suddenly lost the connection to the USB cable going into the device and won't connect.
    • Well it did not after searching countless Google pages and downloading the driver with no success, I wiggled the connection on the back of the device and noticed the image was intermittently appearing on the screen, which proved to me this product was
    • Unreliable connections
    • Should have much more stable connection given its supposed to be portable in nature.
    • The first thing everyone should know about this monitor is that the USB-C connection on this is very limiting
    • After a month it started to flicker a bit, I thought it was just a loose connection
    • This is supposed to be portable but the connections are not reliable enough to be used as an "on the go" monitor.
    • What's worse is when the connection is only loose, so it keeps connecting and then disconnecting the display.
    • Other than the fact that the connection in the back of the monitor is hard to attach, I loved it.
    • Biggest complaint I have is the connection in the back of the monitor is really bad - if the monitor is moved or bumped it loses connection and you have to play with the cord to get it to come back on.
    • Its connection feels rock solid; this product felt anything but
    • Out of the box the USB connector was loose and would loose connection if moved
    • I can feel the connection is loose and have to apply firm pressure for the screen to turn on, once I let go the monitor looses power
    • On my old laptop the connections were extremely touchy and it did a lot of "blinking" on and off.
    • This monitor has a very loose connection in the back
    • This would be 5 stars if there was such a poor connection on the back where the cable plugs in.
    • The problem is I will be in the middle of doing something on both screens, and it will suddently lose connection, my entire system will blink for about 10-15 seconds while it removes the monitor then readds it (SOMETIMES).
    • It was a loose connection from day one, but I thought it was a design element, so worked with it
    • Connection on the back of the monitor is not very secure so the screen will flicker randomly without warning
    • This unit is sleek and love the one-wire connection.
    • I was planning to use this as a 3rd monitor....but to my surprise it killed my second monitor connection totally
    • Second AOC portable monitor purchased with a poor cable connection, you get what you paid for
    • Extremely cheap product and especially the connection in the back
    • Also, it features USBC making the connection to MAC super easy and truly plug and play.
    • As an aside, friends and family often bring me their cheap external hard drives that stopped working for me to fix, and 9 out of 10 times, they've failed merely due to a faulty USB connection because the solder was shoddy and wore out in time
    • The connection into the back of the monitor gets loose and then won't connect.
    • Comment added after some months: I have almost not used this screen, especially because there are problems with the USB connection - the screen often does not work (the cable connection between the computer and the screen does not work), and the screen has so bad quality that I prefer not to use it
    • -The connections are a bit finicky
    • After a few more months, the connection at the monitor came loose again to the point that the monitor does not work unless I jiggle the cord and hold it just so, and even that doesn't work most of the time
    • I've tried different connections, different computers, and won't work
    • It's really a shame, because other than the faulty connection, the picture quality and everything else is good
    • After the connection is lost, sometimes wiggling the connector is not good enough; the connector must be unplugged and plugged back in to reset the connection
    • The only negative is the connection cord - not the best placement on the monitor for stable connection - sometimes will easily come out if I move the cords.
    • It is not so much that the cord comes out but that it seems like the connections on the inside are loose.
    • The connection on the back is not secure; I have to constantly plug back in because it isn't a secure fit.
    • The back connection is cheap and eventually loosens up
    • However over time the connection in the back has become so loose I can't get a connection anymore
    • you need to update" I said "No the driver will not cause it to just loose connection it is not a software issue it is
    • The connection between the cable and the monitor is sloppy in two ways
    • at about 8 motnhs the connection started losing contact
    • The connection to the monitor was VERY loose to the point that power was cut to the monitor multiple times just in the first few minutes of use.
    • Similar to some other reviews, the connection to the monitor is so delicate, any slight movement (or stream of air blowing in your home) can disrupt the connection.
    • Product arrived with a faulty USB cord that allows for an intermittent connection
    • About 6 months into owning it the connection became very loose
    • Little laggy, nothing awful, perfect for putting up a tutorial video or a document.edit: after using it for about a year, the connection is so loose I don't even bother
    • The jack itself seems shallow so any micro USB 3.0 cable you plug into it doesn't seem to go all the way in and as a result makes for a loose connection to begin with
    • The issue is the connection in the back

    • The USB 3.0 connection on the back of these monitors is to loose to hold the cable in.
    • If it manages to stay in, it wiggles with any slight movement and you lose the connection

    • the connection failed
    • Connection on the back of the monitor is not very secure so the screen will flicker randomly without warning
    • This is my second Monitor model and while the connection is a little better than the previous one, it still is loose and requires you to move your cable around to get it to activate
    • USB C requires alt mode for it to support displays and without it you will not be able to get this monitor to work
    • Great little monitor all works off of USB c
    • This monitor is not as clear as the USB-C
    • I got this in March and for the first 3 months it worked fine; plug in USB-C and then boom, instant 2nd monitor
    • So I ordered USB-C to USB-A adapter, and the display still didn't work.

    • Initially I liked this product a lot- portable and served its purpose
