    AOC e1659Fwu 16-Inch Ultra Slim 1366x768 Res 200 cd/m2 Brightness USB 3.0-Powered Portable LED Monitor w/ Case

    • Constantly malfunctions, incompatible with cord extensions 9 times out of 10, cord I got with it was faulty
    • The cord that came with it is loose so like an old TV with a bunny ears antenna
    • I'd been debating returning it before because the USB3 only option with a unusual, detachable cord limited the screen's usability enough to make it annoying.
    • Edit: I ended up returning this as the cord became so loose if I someone walked past it, the breeze they create would have made me lose the connection between the monitor and my computer
    • But now on 3 out of the 4, all less than one year old, the cord has either stopped working or been incredibly finnicky to the point it is not worth using.
    • A few complaints like the cheap plastic casing and very stiff USB cord, but pretty decent display for the price
    • I needed a primary monitor that would fit within a nook in an antique roll-top desk, a space only 17x10x7" width x height x depth, with no bulky power cords trailing out (the keyboard & mouse are bluetooth).
    • Cord is a bit cumbersome and awkward to connect in the back of the screen
    • Within 6 weeks of using it the cord connection no longer worked.
    • (no software required)-Portrait mode allows me to keep more in my field of vision than my old ASUS monitor (landscape only)-Needed only to download Displaylink drivers to work with a Macbook Pro 2017-Magnetic cover/stand is awesome - allows you adjust the position of the screen through an infinite number of viewing angles (my old ASUS case allowed only two viewing angles)-Love being able to turn the monitor easily towards someone or hold it up to let someone see a presentationCons-You can change the color output with the mac display settings, but I cannot find a way to manually adjust the brightness-Included cord is a bit stiff and long-For portrait mode, would love to have a USB-C cord with a 90 degree angle plug but having a hard time finding one of those with two USB-C
    • Great for travel since it's portable and lightweight with its own protective sleeve and connection cords.
    • The enclosed cord had two required USB plugs at one end, no problem, it worked great once I figured that out
    • Pros: Plug-and-play, instant start-up, nice colors, nice resolution, good size, lightweight, good stand, comes with a cover, plenty brightCons: The case is more bulky than it needs to be, the USB connection in the back is not optimally placed, the cord is stiff and "feels" cheap (but it has held up to a lot of use with no damage), the case finish should be matte instead of shinyDespite some minor flaws, this monitor is perfect for students or business people on-the-go.
    • hopefully my cord was just defective.
    • I'd been debating returning it before because the USB3 only option with a unusual, detachable cord limited the screen's usability enough to make it annoying.
    • I do agree with one of the other reviews that the cord is very sensitive.
    • The cord that came with it is loose so like an old TV with a bunny ears antenna
    • The cord is now really loose in the opening and I have even tried taping it in place
    • I still have the original cord and tried another cord and it doesn't work
    • Have to shake cord to get it to detect.
    • For a time if you had the cord 'just right' it would connect... but god forbid you sneeze!I would consider buying a new cord, but I am pretty sure it would still be loose and the problem is with the part in the monitor.
    • ’s cord was pulled on by accident and it fell much farther - to the ground from a portable table on to a carpeted floor
    • The USB connector must be the least expensive thus least effective cord to include with the monitor
    • Product arrived with a faulty USB cord that allows for an intermittent connection
    • There are no bulky cords to
    • So it comes with a split USB cord.
    • However, the USB plug does not go in all the way, so the cord is a bit loose and the monitor goes off and on when I move it
    • The USB connector must be the least expensive thus least effective cord to include with the monitor
    • its light weight, installed easy, cord is just long enough if you need to put screen on the opposite side of where your 3.0 usb is located
    • I try to protect the power cord but this one seems to be really sensitive and already appears to have a short in it.
    • USB C requires alt mode for it to support displays and without it you will not be able to get this monitor to work
    • Great little monitor all works off of USB c
    • This monitor is not as clear as the USB-C
    • I got this in March and for the first 3 months it worked fine; plug in USB-C and then boom, instant 2nd monitor
    • So I ordered USB-C to USB-A adapter, and the display still didn't work.
