I contacted AOC and was told they would not honor my warranty.

Unfortunately, like most people here, my warranty expired

Buyer beware of the cheap warranty

I called support and was given very little help, be aware this company does not honor their warranty

The monitor comes with a nice, protective carry case which does a good job protecting the device, until it doesn't - something broke internally (not sure how that's my fault) and the company refuses to honor its warranty - I wouldn't purchase another AOC product

The adapter makes the product not fit for its intended purpose and breaches the implied warranty of merchantability in my opinion.

The screens crack super easily and warranties (both from the manufacturer and third-party warranties

days after the warranty expired the screen gave this presentation.

They said they could not honor the warranty because I had damaged it, but it never moved from my desktop

I will update this review when I find out if they will honor the warranty

Now I'm going to go fight with customer service again to try and get my money refunded as I don't want another one from AOC.

Perfect for our needs to have a second monitor...as we often work out of the office.

standard USB type C cables don't work as they only care power and data, but don't support video.

I really enjoyed this product until the screen cracked as I was traveling

and it does not kill the battery on the laptop as fast as I would have thought

I hope that it continues to impress as we use it more.

A great way to add an additional screen when on the road, as well as at home.

As other buyers have noted, the USB cord is a little short, so you are going to be restricted as to which side of your computer you want to set this screen up on if you only have USB 3.0 on one side of your system.

Monitor is just as easy, compact, lightweight and portable as I wanted it to be.

(ASUS MB168B+ cable has no Y and power is a critical issue for that thing.
