It must have a faulty connection somewhere because even though it is solidly plugged in it constantly loses the connection and shuts the screen down, interrupting work.

The case isn't the most protective (just a neoprene sleeve) but the monitor has worked very well and the brightness and clarity far exceeded our expectations.
