I tried ignoring the sound, but it really hurts my ears and I've just gone back to utilizing the wall-outlet again because my ears can't take it anymore!

2 of them work perfectly but 1 of them has already failed after a few months and is making a very loud beeping sound

During failure these units exhibited the same symptoms ... Instantaneous power loss to everything plugged into the "Battery + Surge" ports and the steady sound of the power failure audio alarm. Yet everything else around me (not plugged into either of these UPS units) continued to work fine.

When too many of the devices that I have plugged in to this UPS are on, it'll make an annoyingly loud and constant sound like a fire alarm

It works but makes a slight hissing sound and beeps when my printer starts up

I should note that the sound is not an alarm/faulty alarm, nor is it a fan (I don't believe this unit has an internal fan) - rather it's within the circuitry itself while running on AC power, and even after a fully charged battery
