I was able to get the frequent and no alarm modes to work, but not the infrequent

I ordered 2 units and they both arrived in perfect working order

It and the software work great

So far it is working great with no issues.

The first one is fine so far and the second stopped working after just two months.

It was easy to install and is working just fine.

works well would like a bit more space between the plugs for those manufacturers who love to design products with oversized cord ends

We periodically have outages and surges here (we live on the edge of a small city), and my computer is still working just fine.

Power glitches do happen, and who wants to lose all their latest work?

Unit worked for about 2 weeks after installing it - then it crashed after only one power blackout that lasted barely 2 minutes - it will no longer even turn on for surge protection let alone battery backup

I have had this UPC (APC Back-UPS 600VA) for a while now, and it has worked very well through multiple power outages.

Space wise this works better for me

This product I would not recommend only worked for a few

Highly recommend as I have my modem, router, computer and monitor all plugged in and it works great when the power goes out

This one works just fine...and has already cycled on several times, even with a momentary hiccup with the electricity

I think the surge protection is still working, but the battery backup function is not working.

It will stay silent/working for about 10 days before it begins screeching again - less if I turn on my NAS, which I powered off to "save" the UPS's battery

Evidently defective, as the 4 battery/surge outlets don't work.

Corrected my power problems and has been working flawlessly for months!

I bought this for my work computer to not only protect my devices plugged into it, but to also insure that my computer would stay on in case of a power outage (I work in a program that requires constant saving or I could lose a lot of important work)

This works well, is easy to set up and has enough plugs

So far this is working well.

Although I am not happy with the "one per customer" rule they have, as it seems like they would clearly sell more if they didn't have it, it does work very well.

Well I am currently in a power outage and my battery back up is not working

It will not rapid-charge, but it does work well for slow-charging devices

All the electronics are working just fine.

It no longer works, so I got a refund

Set this all up getting ready for a power outage at our office and this worked a total of 3 mins.very disappointed! !

not worth a crap, worked 2 weeks then died, of course they have no return policy.

Great price and works perfectly for my WiFi modem.

Great for the expensive 4K tv.
