APC Back-UPS Connect BGE90M,120V, Network Backup with USB Charging ports

    • Do not order this it is junk and cheaply made, it did not work the 1st time
    • After giving this unit sufficient time to charge itself, I cut the power to this unit, my modem and my router, and it kept them powered for about 2.5 hours
    • So I am keeping my fingers crossed that the third time is the charm.
    • In my country every time it rains we got power failure, this UPS has been helpful staying online while power returns
    • Works great, we've lost power several times already this fall
    • the more powerful the router, the more juice it'll use and that'll reduce its "powerless" time.
    • Every time I try to use it, an alarm goes off.
    • , it was more expensive the last time I looked and that's what stopped me from buying it.
    • It keeps my wireless access point running when I unplug the UPS from the wall, so it's probably good during an extended power outage, but both times we recently had a brief power glitch during storms, the access point still rebooted, so I'm not sure why the UPS didn't keep it running stably.
    • I have only tested it for an hour of on battery run time so far, but it was going strong at one hour which is plenty enough time to call the power company and call forward my VoIP to my call phone.
    • And trust me, when the power goes out, the last thing you want is no internet to kill the time lol
    • Works great, we've lost power several times already this fall
    • Each time, it manages about an hour and 30 minutes; not bad at all
    • I tend to lose power a couple times a year, and it usually happens at the worst time -- during a winter storm with 50 mph winds and snow
    • During the summer months I get many power glitches sometimes several times a day
    • By carrying this UPS in the car, ready to go, I will be able to charge up the batteries (and my phone if needed) just enough times to make a huge difference in the amount of video I can capture.
    • I was having a hard time finding a tiny UPS to fit in the space I had for it
    • Don't buy this product, it worked only for 2 months, the power is cutting off all time, waste your money
    • As long as you're sitting around 10W, you should get a good long run-time
    • Every time it does, these alarms wake up half of the neighborhood.
    • Now anyone that knows a thing or two about batteries, knows that time itself kills batteries, being used or not, time will ultimately ruin any battery
    • , why should we waste our time to fix something that should be working
    • Having the USB connections has been handy a few times as well though the UPS is in a location that we do not use this feature heavily.
    • Don't waste your time with outdated lead-acid battery towers; Lithium Ion is the new standard for UPS
    • Don't buy this product, it worked only for 2 months, the power is cutting off all time, waste your money
