So far these units have protected my electronics and they dont have that annoying beeping sound as soon as the power goes out.

Otherwise it is a nice, small, light weight unit.

I happened to have an issue with mine, but APC customer service was super helpful and they sent me a replacement unit free of charge.

When I pulled the plug, the unit immediately lost power to the components

When operating from the MSW inverter the unit repeatedly makes a loud clicking noise every few seconds

Our back-up unit was easy to set up and is compact enough that it fits where we keep the networking equipment

This is a good unit that would rate 5 stars if it weren't for the flaky instructions

The only way to silence the beeping is by removing the audible alarm unit off the circuit board

I've either connected the battery terminals wrong, or the battery is dead, or maybe the whole unit.

The unit produces surge protection as an added benefit to the battery backup

I purchased this during a holiday mark-down sale and it has been a great unit in the house for powering low-power needed items

Tape was resealed and unit itself had some brown smudges like it was not cleaned thoroughly

This is a good unit, small enough to keep up front and the USB is really nice for charging phones when the power goes out

The small size of this compact UPS makes it easier to place this unit, not like those much bigger, heavier UPS boxes that tend to occupy much bigger footprint in my small home office

If your unit should ever go bad don't expect to get a replacement soon or ever

It's very easy to remove and replace the battery, and you can buy extra batteries.4 stars out of 5... mostly because of the relatively high price, but a good unit.

APC was great to work with and sent a replacement since it is still within the 3 year warranty (barely, this was manufactured in 2014).New unit works well, but not being able to mute the beeping is a problem

However, for the money, if looks and size aren't an issue, I'd go with a larger, beefier unit APC unit like the BE750G.

I do not recommend this unit if you will have it located anywhere near a bedroom

This is obviously a flawed design, same exact problem two units in a row.

I ordered it because my old network back-up unit died

I thought it would be a great idea to get something to keep my audio video equipment safe and to keep my router plugged into (I keep it next to the audio video stuff as I have quite a few things connected directly to the router) but found this unit to be faulty.

I unplugged the unit from the wall and it worked just as promised
