    • It keeps me informed of any power issues.
    • You can track long term power issues and usage by using the software.
    • Never worry about power surges, brown-outs, or other typical power issues again.
    • That's plenty of time for the system to shut itself down (which happens at 30 minutes of outage), or just ride through dirty power issues which we have
    • we appeared to have no power issues with our critical gear.
    • I've had lots of UPS, and when there's no power issues, they're like bricks, just out of the way
    • I do not believe that there were actually any mains power issues as none of the four other UPS's kicked over to battery (I receive five emails, one from each system when there is a legitimate power issue).Yesterday, after less than a month of use, my friends unit has now started to experience the same issue.
    • I wish the PowerChute software allowed me to have more control over the voltage levels and a few other little things, but it gives me access to everything essential that I need to run and report on the unit and power issues, so I am happy with it and plan to continue to use it as my primary back-up UPS for years

    • If you don't have power issues, you will never hear it, but when it kicks into battery backup mode, the fan will run the entire time and then for a while after while it recharges
