There's a feature in the Powerchute program however that allows you to "DISABLE THE BATTERY BACKUP

Very sleek battery backup, easily fits under my desk and hugs the wall, I have my computer, mesh router, scanner, printer and a few other items connected to the battery backup

Otherwise a decent backup.
