My only worry before calling into APC customer service was that I would be treated like a normal consumer who didn't understand technology and that I would have to go through a million scripts on how to test and confirm whether or not my unit was truly defective, OR that I wouldn't be provided with the same level of superior customer service that I'm used to from APC when I’m calling in as a big business customer

and I anticipate many years of faithful service.

In a world with very bad customer service and poor follow-through from just about every manufacturer, and painful RMA /exchange processes, APC is almost Amazon-like with regards to great customer service and honoring their manufacturer warranty

To my VERY pleasant surprise, I got the same superior customer service that I'm used to getting with APC

To start off:I HIGHLY recommend you purchase this specific APC UPS from Amazon (because no matter what happens, you WILL get incredible customer service from APC, which should mitigate any risk or worries that you might have about purchasing this unit)

I've had nothing but good service from these units...both at the office at at home.

and I has installed in an air conditioned area or just in an open space like an office, has worked for at least a couple of years without an issue and all we ever had to do was replace the batteries and get it back in service working like new

I noticed these being used at work and my own APC 1200 was failing after 6 years of loyal service.

This has lasted for several years with good service

Other companies are certainly improving, but when it's critical I always go with APC.

These machines also have state of art computer controls that require clean a/c current

My inverter just doesn't have enough power by itself or clean a/c
