I have 3 for all my sensitive electronics like computer and home cameras along with WIFI modem.

If you have sketchy or non-grounded power outlets you should get this to protect your computer or other valuable electronics.

But since having these we highly recommend for all sensitive electronics, like computers, satellite receivers, and any others including computerized sewing / embroidery machines.

One week in, it has not turned into a roman candle, the battery is easy to access/replace, no loud noises from the UPS, and it has survived its first power outage.

After allowing sufficient time to top off the battery on AC, I unplugged the UPS unit from the wall to simulate a power outage while all of the aforementioned devices were on and active

The 600VA UPS was purchased to give cable box a little time on power loss condition
