    • If you want to insure your computer or other equipment from unstable power while having a small window of battery backup power; then I recommend the APC UPS, 600VA UPS Battery Backup & Surge Protector, BE600M1.

    • I usually have the PC on 12-18hrs, occasionally I will touch & see if the UPS gets too warm, especially when I don't have the AC on and currently heat is not a issue.
    • I had a power surge, and it not only killed the internet router this this was supposed to protect it killed the the UPS itself.
    • Unlike a lot of the newer APC UPS's this one has a replaceable battery so you do not need to toss a perfectly good UPS when the battery goes bad
    • This is a great UPS, but it can not fully power a computer of decent quality due to the computer pulling more Watts than the UPS can handle, Even when plugged in and fully powered and supplied the APC UPS, warning will go off because it thinks its offline because it pulls more power than the battery has.
