Would definitely recommend this to a friend only flaw is it did not come with original packaging or headphones but had a decent charger
The only trouble I had was that they sent the wrong charger with it, but they credited my card $10 so I could buy one.
Charger didn't work when we got it, but they quickly sent a new one free of charge.
The charger and cable were not Apple branded but the supplied cable and charger work fine
The ipad seems ok but the charger that cane with it doesn't work well

The "surgit" cord that came with it stopped working for any apple product that it was plugged into after 2 weeks
Got not supported messages, not charging icon and really slow charge, Correct cord solved all issues.
instead I received some kind of generic cord that doesn't even workHave called have emailed no answer guess that I will try Amazon for a proper cord that works
On multiple Apple products it gives the warning that the cord is not official and could possibly not work well with the product
Fried every cord and device I plugged into it and was almost too hot too touch

Had I not checked the charge level of the iPad, it's entirely possible that this knock-off power adapter could have burned down my home.
Whomever decided to use the fake power adapters is criminally negligent.
But didn't work properly, was very glitchy, would randomly power off and not turn back on.
The iPad worked well for 3.5 months and then started randomly powering down.
