I have to remember it is a portable device

It is stable and it has proved to be a good device

Did rough and tumble wear with it that would kill most mp3 devices

This device works great

This is an awesome device

Although iTunes is not good enought (slow, heavy and buggy) the device itself is pretty good

it's too bad apple turned such a nice device into poo.

I seriously recomend this awesome device.

Finally decided to buy a portable devices with my extra per diem and researched them all

Alone, the device lacks an FM/AM tuner which I think is a fairly big draw back compared to other things out there

I don't consider it fair to judge it a bad device just because you had the expectation that the classic was gonna reinvent the wheel and solve all world problems

All in all, though I still love this device!

I love this device and I am glad I waited until Apple streamlined and perfected the product to get one

True, it could have more functions (my last mp3, a Sansa 8GB, had a FM radio and a voice recorder, plus a micro SD slot if I needed more space), and though pretty I still do think that Cover Flow is really quite useless.
