so you don't have to worry about that arm band, which was a good thought for running, but when you're actually benching, curling, skull crushers...etc, the band would start to hurt my arm because it is true

And thank goodness I no longer have to use those uncomfortable and ugly arm bands now that the nano has the clip.

I finally got rid of these annoying arm-bands

No more having to carry your Ipod in your pocket (and risk it falling out if your jogging or something), no need to buy some overpriced arm pand

The built in clip works well clipped to a shirt collar or sleeve, and means I don't need to wear an annoying arm band (hate those), or run the cord to my pocket (where it would get easily tangled in passing branches on hikes)
